JAKARTA - From the data owned by the Commission for Missing Persons
and Victims of Violence ( Statemen KontraS ) , as many as 191 people were killed
in a shooting incident in 2011 and 2013 .

" Until now the perpetrators of the shooting is not known to undergo the legal process .
